You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.
During high-volume periods (sales, product launches, holidays), processing may take up to 3–4 business days.

We offer standard shipping via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on destination.
Delivery times are typically 2-5 business days once shipped.
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to varying state laws, we can only ship hemp-derived THC products (≤0.3% Delta-9 THC) to states where such products are legally permitted.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that ordering hemp-derived products is legal in their state. ChillaBites is not liable for packages seized due to local restrictions.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at sales@chillabites.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
If items arrive damaged, please provide photos within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist with a replacement.

Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no reference to cannabis or THC products.
