Crafted from 100% hemp-derived THCa flower, these pre-rolls are federally compliant and contain no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight. Every batch is third-party lab tested to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance.

1. Delivery Coverage
ChillaBites offers delivery services to both residential and commercial locations. We strive to ensure timely and efficient delivery of our products to all customers within our designated delivery areas.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays).
Standard delivery times range between 2 to 4 business days, depending on the destination.
Expedited delivery options may be available upon request.
3. Delivery Process
Customers will receive an order confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).
For commercial locations, deliveries will be made to the designated receiving area.
For residential locations, our drivers will deliver to the front door unless specified otherwise.
4. Failed Deliveries & Reattempts
If no one is available at the delivery location, a reattempt may be scheduled, and additional fees may apply.
If a delivery is refused or undeliverable after multiple attempts, the order may be canceled, and a restocking fee could be charged.
5. Special Delivery Requests
For specific delivery instructions (e.g., gate codes, designated drop-off areas), please provide details at checkout.
If you require a scheduled or contactless delivery, please notify us in advance.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If any items are damaged or missing, contact us within X hours with supporting photos for prompt resolution.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Returns must be initiated within 10 days from the date of delivery.
Perishable items or custom orders may not be eligible for return.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us – Email us at sales@chillabites.com or use LIVE Chat with your order number and reason for return.
Receive a Return Label – We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label.
Ship Your Return – Pack the item securely and drop it off at the designated shipping location.
Receive Your Refund – Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within X business days.
3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
